This lovely efficiency apartment is in a quiet oasis in the Vatican district (4 metro stops from St. Peter's Square) and the Metro stop Battistini is just 100 meters far from the apartment. Although not in the historical center, it is just a short ride on the metro from all the attractions and on the same floor and adjacent to our apartment # 0069. This apartment sleeps up to three persons, and the apartments combined sleep up to 7 persons. The apartment consists of 470 sq. ft of floor space, plus a typical Roman balcony of 215 sq.ft. It has a complete eat-in kitchen with oven, a bedroom, bath with shower, and the convenience of high speed Internet access (on request). On the third floor with elevator service, though the apartment does not have air conditioning, it is provided with fans and has a Northern exposure which keeps it cool in the summer months. It is possible to have a crib (max 2 adults and a baby in this case and paying the rate for 3 pax).
